I love Roland's look of utter surprise when Dan yells at him from the other room.

Panel 2. How old is that fridge? Why do bears insist on living with old school technology? I bet seeing a built in ice maker would freak Roland out.

I'm glad to see that Dan the Wizard is getting back into casting spells. It's always nice to see when somebody's career is coming back around after a hard point.

It wouldn't be the first time.

I once worked with a guy named Dan. He liked death metal too. He also might have been a wizard, but I don't have any proof.
The only thing I know for certain is the potential for a great party when you have a host familiar with the relationship of hot wax, chips, and rich people.

You are thinking about lesbians.

For this strip, it's also pretty funny if you completely forget that Dan is a wizard until he starts yelling about spells. Just speaking from experience here.

Metal for casting spells? I thought most wizards put on Iron and Wine and burned incense. Or maybe I'm not thinking of wizards...

In panel 5 it looks like Steve's phone has melted. I mean the pizza looks like a melted phone...and...uh...
Please don't judge me.

Every line of this comic makes me laugh. Especially Dan yelling, as well as Steve in Panel 6 and of course Panel 9, Thank God I found this comic.

Ah, I'm glad that polar bears aren't so racist nowadays, the slurs they came up with...

Spell casting is f'ing metal man. Oh, and finding out Steve was half polar was like a switch turning on for me.

The lovely Grey Gerling at www.barfquestion.com. The comic's great, but his animations are amazing. He has a really original style, y'all should go check him out.

Wow! Daisy flew far. Mr. Owl's parenting book may have been wrong...
I love the rise in the hill and Cooper's face in #3. Just as he realises that the rise is there. Then they're both holding the straps. It's so well conceived. You guys probably all noticed these details too and I'm sure you agree that it's these attentions and subtleties which make this web comic stand out. I would dearly love to see a paper-bound collection of Daisy Owl for sale. It would go right next to my Calvin and Hobbes, Garfield, Farside, etc... Masterful Strip.

Yay! Kate! I think that's a fab choice haha.
I also love Steve's kind of half-push-away with the elbow in frame four - all the little flirty stuff of meeting a new per... BEAR you think is cute, captured in comic form!
Sweet.

I love how Mr. Owl wears a monocle in Steve's dreamworld, and Mr. Owl was in the band Rock Monocle when they went to high school together.

Landing in a rabbit burrow would definitely be bad. Rabbits do NOT like Owls.
